Summary: What a great experience. Extremely well organised. Dylan made me feel at ease from the start as I was on my own and everyone else were couples or groups. The demonstration was clear; ingredients fresh and great quality and the recipes inspiring. Combine that with lots of camaraderie and great times enjoying the food we cooked and it made for an excellent afternoon!
